Teamwork at a distance

The special school is in full operation and now has 40 pupils with a physical and/or intellectual disability. This year the three teachers were to be trained by a team of Dutch education specialists, to take the special school curriculum to a higher level. But because we cannot travel, the training takes place once a week via Zoom. The weekly contact has created close teamwork, and the curriculum may even come together better and faster than it would have with training in person. Every disadvantage has its advantage!
