Bees at Home of Hope

Expanding the farming and the gardens the children are planting calls for a good irrigation system (which we now have) and for new residents at Home of Hope: bees! Without bees there is no pollination, so Alfy asked a local beekeeper to start a bee project at Home of Hope. The beekeeper gives the children lessons on keeping bees, and the hives produce a pleasant by-product: the children love the wild honey.
