Meet Meena

Meena arrived at Home of Hope at just 12. Her mother was unable to care for her children due to mental health issues, and her father struggled with alcohol addiction. From a young age, Meena dreamed of working with children, and after completing her exams, she pursued teacher training. Now, she’s come full circle— living and working in the Butterfly Dorm, caring for the youngest children. She’s also teaching at the special school, so her days are full! Seeing Meena at work is truly heartwarming; her dedication to the children is inspiring, and we love having her as part of our team.
